JP-Synphonic Philosophy
Music has always touched me most
when it creates images in the mind.
Not just sounds – but moods, colors
and entire stories.
That is exactly the approach of
JP-Synphonic
My arrangements do not simply arise
from notes, but from ideas.
Often I begin with a song that appeals
to me, listen to different versions
– especially orchestral interpretations
– and develop from them my own sound
world for the organ.
It is not about copying a piece exactly.
Much more important is to transfer
the atmosphere, the dynamics and
the musical expression to the organ.
The arrangements are deliberately
designed so that they work without
playback. Playback can complement
– but the music must stand on its own.
These scores and books are not only
aimed at organists.
Keyboard players who want to focus on
playing with the right and left hand,
as well as pianists who are looking for
creative templates for their own
interpretations, will consciously find
space here for their own ideas.
The notation in landscape format,
supplemented by chord symbols,
is intended to help you get into playing
quickly while at the same time leaving
enough freedom for your own musical
expression.
In the end, it is not the perfect
reproduction that matters
– but your own interpretation.
For the stage – and for your own
interpretation.
